Add Repository

Install Database, Python, Perl

"exodus" package installs exodus-cli, libexodus-perl, libexodus-python, libpgexodus and postgresql. Note that Exodus Debian/Ubuntu package names are often prefixed with "lib" compared to other Linux distros.
